To ensure that this horror scenario never happens and that your electronic devices do not end up as expensive doorstops, it is recommended that electronic repairs are always carried out on the foldable anti-static mat. Due to its surface resistance, it is able to absorb excess charge and dissipate it via a grounding cable. This reliably prevents the release of electrical impulses during the repair and protects you and your equipment.
What's in the kit
- Foldable anti-static mat: The mat has a surface resistance of 10^7 to 10^9 ohms and is therefore able to absorb and reliably dissipate even large electrostatic charges. It is also easy to transport, so you are always well prepared for your next electronics repair and can set up your workshop anywhere. Dimensions: 60 x 60 cm.
- Grounding cable: Simply connect the cable directly to the anti-static mat and connect it to ground, an outlet or a metallic object via 10-millimeter snap closure to conduct the circuit to ground. Length: 1.8 m.
- Grounding Bracelet: The biggest charge carrier is yourself. That's why we have our Grounding Bracelet, which you can easily connect to your mat or other conductor with an alligator clip to pass on the electrostatic charge from electronic devices. Plus, it's adjustable in size and hugs your wrist so it doesn't get in the way of your work.
Work on the safe side

Nice side effect: The blue base makes screws and other small parts much more visible than on common desk tops. The light edge also means that nothing can roll off.
