Nintendo Switch Game Studio
Have you always wanted to create your own 3D jump-'n'-run? Or a fast-paced racing game? Or a side-scrolling action game where you fight aliens? Now you can bring all your ideas to life in a fun way and create your own games in Game Studio for Nintendo Switch.
Learn the basics of logic for programmers in fun, interactive lessons. You can then put your new knowledge into practice and share your game creations with the world.
In Free Programming mode, you can apply everything you've learned to create your own games to play alone or with friends1. You can either start from scratch or use one of your creations from the interactive lessons as a basis and adapt it as you wish. Use the editing tools to customise your game with drawings and music. You can even combine several games into one bigger one! The possibilities are endless!
If you've made a game you're particularly proud of, share it with the world! In Game Studio, you can share your games locally2 with friends and family, or online3 with players around the world using your game or creator ID.
