Without a ladder to the treetops, without stooping to the cuttings
Even with a ladder, it is often difficult or impossible to reach branches high up in the treetops. But pruning is also necessary at lofty heights. Climbing is not necessary: With the GARDENA Battery Telescopic High Pruner TCS 20/18V P4A you can operate from the ground with a firm footing.
Because the telescopic saw without battery weighs only 3.1 kilograms, it is easy to work with. It is handy, compact and cuts accurately. With its blade length of 20 centimetres and extendable telescopic handle, you can reach branches at heights of up to four metres - without having to climb or put yourself in danger on a swaying ladder.
Thanks to an LED display directly on the handle, you are always informed about the current charging status. Depending on the type of battery used, the runtime is up to 120 minutes or 480 cuts of branches with a diameter of 50 millimetres.
The narrow cutting head is doubly practical: if you bend it, you can reach narrow places in treetops. And you can chop branches lying on the ground without having to kneel or bend down. This way you can cut the tree trimmings to a manageable size and dispose of them easily.
The stop at the tip of the cutting blade makes it easy for you to keep the telescopic saw stable in position. In addition, you can use it to pull branches that have already been sawn off from the tree if they do not fall to the ground on their own. Last but not least, it protects the chain when cutting close to the ground.
If you want to transport or stow away the pruner, you can separate it into two parts, easily and without tools.
