Motion control gimbal for time-lapse recording

Designed for both mirrorless and DSLR cameras, the intelligent FeiyuTech Qing Gimbal is compatible with virtually all popular cameras on the market, enabling time-lapse, panoramic, ultra-wide angle and more.

Anyone who wants to make time-lapse photographs, film professionally, photograph and film weddings creatively or record meetings and events needs the appropriate tools. Manufactured from the latest aluminium alloys, which are also used in aerospace applications, the Qing offers all the characteristics and features for such shots. And it is easy to operate with pleasant handling and outstanding stability. Even difficult weather conditions do not throw the Qing off balance. It is therefore also ideal for use in the sometimes unpredictable natural environment.

The Qing can easily carry common camera and lens combinations with a payload of up to 3.5 kg, with a dead weight of only 1.3 kg. Mounting the camera is quick and easy, as the Qing uses an ARCA quick-release plate. For mounting the Qing on a tripod or slider, a 3/8 inch screw hole is also available on the underside.

The gimbal, which moves in two axes, is equipped with a brushless motor and allows extremely stable, smooth and precise movements. On the one hand, these can be individually specified by the user, on the other hand, pre-programmed motion sequences are available which can be selected via the app. All this makes the Qing a versatile and very mobile solution for time-lapse photography, panoramas and filming. And that for many hours of operation. Because the Qing is equipped with a powerful 2,200 mAH rechargeable battery that ensures long recording times.

With the included Bluetooth remote control and with the help of the practical touch screen, the recording time, recording area, time-lapse speed and time-lapse interval can be set directly and thus time-lapse recordings can be made even without an app. In addition, the Bluetooth remote control allows the user to precisely adjust the gimbal when changing modes, quickly change rotation and much more. The large touch screen allows the user to view all the important parameters of the currently used recording mode at a glance and to manage his recordings intuitively and comfortably without distraction.

By mounting the Qing on a motorised or manual slider, extremely creative motion time lapse shots can be created. The two axes of the Qing rotate along the direction of movement specified by the user in accordance with the path of movement of the slider, allowing a very large image section to be captured through the additional movement.

In addition to time-lapse, the Qing can also be used to create panoramic images. For this purpose, the gimbal rotates automatically to take the necessary number of pictures. Using a precise algorithm for stitching images together, breathtaking shots are created without visible overlaps.
