Deliveries within EU
Dispatch and delivery
Your order will be delivered, as usually, by a package service or forwarding agency.
Should the delivery be undertaken in several stages, you will be only charged once for the delivery costs.
Methods of payment
Orders from other European countries (except Germany) are to be payed exclusively by credit card (Visa, Matercard).
Online credit card payments are to be undertaken by the card-holders themselves. Please note that TECHNIKdirekt.de only accepts Visa and MasterCard. Other credit cards, such as locally valid cards, virtual or prepaid cards are not accepted.
VAT-free deliveries to companies located within the EU
We gladly deliver our products VAT-free to companies located within the EU in conformity with international taxation laws. Please mention your VAT registration number when placing an order for the first time.
Special attention should be paid to the accuracy of the information concerning the name, address, as well as legal form of the company.
Please note that you are not entitled to tax-free deliveries until the verification of your VAT- ID-number.
German VAT reclaim – for deliveries with invoice address outside the EU
For organizational reasons we cannot undertake deliveries outside the EU. Thank you for your understanding. If you select a delivery address in the EU and wish to carry out the exportation of the merchandise to a recipient outside the EU, we are happy to send you the so-called “Application for German VAT Reclaim”. With the help of this Application you can prove that the merchandise has been exported to a non-EU country. In this case you are entitled to reclaim the VAT.
Important information:
The invoice address should be the complete address of the respective recipient residing outside the EU. You can require the Application for German VAT Reclaim when you place your order. Please insert your request in the comment field. The application will be sent to you separately by post, following the delivery of your order. |
