Most of our products are dispatched with the German Post AG (DHL) as insured packages.
The only exceptions are the bulky items, such as washing machines and large-screen TV's.
You can see your share of the delivery costs in the chart below. Delivery costs are to be paid only once for each order.
Should delivery be undertaken in several stages, we will of course only charge you once for delivery costs.

We will inform you by e-mail about the date of dispatch indicating your package number.
The parcel service of the German Post AG (DHL) will carry out the delivery.
Should you not be at home to receive your package, the carrier will leave a note in your mail box.
You can pick up your package at the post office within the next 7 days. The package is to be picked up by the addressee himself or by his/her husband/wife or any other authorized person against production of the ID card.

The transport of the product occurs according to the German general forwarding agency terms up to the edge of the curb.

In case of unexpectedly long delays of delivery we contact you immediately.

| Fast dispatch |
|
If it has to be fast, you can make sure that your order leaves our premises on the same day – for only 13,95 € (only available for in-stock items).
Please take note of our product availability information.
This is how it works:- order Monday to Friday before 12 a.m.
- check the availability information for the requested item
- only in-stock items can be delivered right away
- choose “fast dispatch” as mode of delivery
Your order will be dispatched on the same day if the items are in stock.
Please note: Fast dispatch is not available for- large items (i.e. washing machines, laundry driers, large TV screens)
- orders outside Germany
- instalment purchase.
