Return
Within two weeks of purchase consumers may return all ordered goods free of charge.

For further details please refer to right of return and number 9 of our Standard Terms and Conditions.

Please be aware that the returned items must be in perfect condition. In case the returned items are used or damaged we will reserve the right to charge a decline in value.

The easy and comfortable way:
Returnable products are enclosed with a return receipt and a parcel stamp for easy transaction. The self-adhesive stamp helps an uncomplicated and cost free return via any post office of your choice.

Important information:
Please save the delivery receipt – it verifies the returned consignment.

Please do not return the goods as a packet, letter or consignment - these methods are not insured or traceable.
We therefore recommend the shipment as a parcel.

Please choose a safe transport package to prevent damages. Under no circumstances the original product packaging should be used solely.
By marking or labeling the original packaging or if the original packaging is missing a reduction in value may occur. However, the right to return remains unaffected.

Your return consignment should include:
  • the product(s) in its original, intact packaging with the entire contents
  • a copy of the bill
  • a completely filled in return receipt of TECHNIKdirekt


Large items delivered to you by a forwarding agency will be arranged to be picked up. Please inform us in case you wish to return the goods via e-mail(info@technikdirekt.de) , fax or letter.

Of course your reconsignment will be immediately processed. The purchase price will be refunded.
Therefore your bank account details are required.

If you paid via PayPal your payment will be refunded onto your PayPal account, if you paid via credit card onto your credit card account, and if you paid via "Sofortüberweisung" or Giropay onto your bank account.
